Fabrication Technologies of Quantum Dots Fabrication Technologies of Photonic Nanostructures Manipulation of Electrons and Photons in Nanostructures Development of Nano-Photonic and Electron Devices Schedule	We establish device technologies for high-speed quantum dot lasers (>40GHz) with low spectral chirping, as well as ultralow threshold photonic crystal lasers in which electron-photon interaction is precisely controlled.
